The Tokat Institute for Advanced Islamic Studies is pleased to announce its annual Book Completion Grant. Authors who are in the final stages of completing research monographs in any field of Islamic Studies are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants should submit: (1) An academic CV, (2) Evidence that their book is currently under contract with a recognized academic publisher, and (3) A penultimate version of the entire manuscript. Materials should be sent to the Institute’s Director of Research Professor Cyrus Zargar (czargar@tokatinstitute.org) by no later than April 1, 2027. Files will be evaluated by a committee of senior scholars in Islamic Studies and the winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of $1,000.
