Bilal Kuşpınar (b. 1961) is a Turkish philosopher and scholar of Islamic philosophy. He earned his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Theology at Selçuk University and completed graduate studies at Middle East Technical University, Selçuk University, and McGill University, where he received his PhD in Philosophy. He is currently a faculty member in the Department of Philosophy at Necmettin Erbakan University.
