Yes, we can issue a refund. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of classes; however, no refunds can be issued once classes have begun.

When can I expect to hear about the status of my scholarship application? I don't want to miss my spot or application window

To be considered for a full scholarship, students must refer/bring at least one new fully paid student. Without referrals, applications will only be considered for partial scholarships, depending on the applicant’s need and situation.

After submitting your scholarship form, please wait for our response. We will review your application and notify you whether you have been awarded a partial scholarship or if your application was not successful.

What is the “Islamic Intellectual Traditions” journal?

Islamic Intellectual Traditions is a Diamond Open Access journal launched by the Institute in partnership with Brill. It covers research across philosophy, theology, mysticism, law, literature, anthropology, and more.

How can I enroll in a live course at the Tokat Institute?

To enroll, please visit the Courses section on the Tokat Institute website and click on the “Register” button next to your desired class. For instance, for Spring 2027: Orientalism Reinstated with Wael Hallaq, registration is open and can be completed online.
